Greek-Australians Donate Medical Supplies to Greek Children
The Greek-Australian NGO Greek Ambassadors recently donated $2,000 Australian dollars to impoverished Greek children through Doctors of the World.
The revenue was generously offered by Greek-Australians and Australians alike, and will be used to aid 250 Greek kids during this winter season. The funds will buy needed medical supplies and medicines, including antibiotics and fever medications.
More than 7,000 bottles of milk were donated through the program, that will continue to provide milk during the season via clinics and children's programs.
