Panathinaikos sends file to UEFA

Panathinaikos ispreparing moves after developments on Thursday in the case of the alleged criminal organization and restrictive conditions imposed to the president of FC Olympiakos Vangelis Marinakis.

For some time Panathinaikos officials have been gathering all the information relating to this case by creating a folder to send to UEFA. Already, on Thursday they added the latest information that emerged and probably within the day, or at the latest on Monday, the file will be sent to Switzerland and the UEFA Disciplinary Committee.

What Panathinaikos is aiming at is to demonstrate to the European Confederation the serious problem that exists in Greek football essentially asking for the exclusion of Olympiakos from the Champions League, since as they say that there are serious indications of guilt after the imposition of restrictive conditions by the investigator and the prosecutor.

In any event, the UEFA disciplinary code considers "sufficient evidence" enough to impose sanctions. The Greens are considering, giving a press conference in the near future by president of FC Yannis Alafouzos and the team's legal staff refering extensively on the subject.
