Mitroglou goes to Fulham for record price

Kostas Mitroglou is officially a member of Fulham FC. Just hours before the close of the transfer season, the English team announced that it had garnered the Greek forward with the two sides signing a contract until the summer of 2018.
So, all's well that ends well as concerns Mitroglou's transfer. The international forward that will play for the Greek National team this summer at the World Cup in Brazil, signed a 4.5 year contract with the UK team and will pocket more than 10 million euros.
Olympiakos, that was a catalyst for the 25 year old forward to make a name for himself in Europe will get 14.5 million euros, which is a record transfer price for a Greek player.
Mitroglou may actually get more money, as a bonus, if Fulham remains in the Premier League this year , as it aims to.
