During the meeting, which was also attended by the famous tennis player’s brother, Djordje, and the president of the Hellenic Tennis Federation, Thodoris Glavas, they discussed ways to further promote Greek tennis following the successful Hellenic Championship ATP 250.
Kyriakos Mitsotakis has previously met with Novak Djokovic on the sidelines of the tournament at OAKA, as well as in the summer on Tinos when they visited the Panagia of Tinos together. They also met again in mid-June before the Serbian tennis star permanently settled in Athens.
“Today I welcomed to my office tennis legend Novak Djokovic, his brother Djordje, and the president of the Hellenic Tennis Federation, Thodoris Glavas.
We discussed how to raise Greek tennis even higher, following the extremely successful Hellenic Championship ATP 250.”
