Greece Gains 14 IPC Swimming European Championships Medals!
The 2014 IPC Swimming European Championships awarded Greek swimmers with a total of 14 medals!
The Hellenic athletes scored three silver and eleven bronze medals. Swimmer Ioannis Kostakis and Aristides Makrodimitris each received four medals, and Antonis Tsapatakis scored two silver medals. Athletes Panagiotis Christakis, Giorgos Sfaltos, Christos Tabaxis and Vasilis Tsangaris won a bronze medal each.
The IPC Swimming European Championships are a prestigious competition, where disabled athletes compete. They were held between August 4th through 10th this year, in the Dutch city of Eindhoven.
