New York's Hottest Greek Restaurants Offer Easter Feasts!

Greek fine-dining restaurants all over the island of Manhattan, are cooking up specialized menus for Easter!

Avra Estiatorio is offering a traditional Greek Easter menu today, between 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Each meal will include magiritsa, kokoretsi, roasted lamb and tsureki, along with additional appetizers. Live music will be performed by Olympia, Panos and Aliki. The cost is $130.00 per person; Avra is located at 141 East 48th Street & Lexington Avenue.

Kellari Taverna, located at 19 West 44th Street and Fifth Avenue, is roasting a traditional lamb on the spit, in front of the restaurant. A pre-fixe Hellenic menu of Pasxa delicacies is available for $70.00, and offers a four-course meal. Live music will be heard throughout the celebration's hours, between 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

New York's Nerai offered a classic Greek fare in the wee hours of Easter morning, as Greek Orthodox parishioners left church services. The kitchen created Hellenic delicacies, available until 2:30 a.m., and included avgolemeno, lamb, pork and tsoureki. Diners were given red eggs and participated in the Greek Easter game tsougrsima. Nerai reopens today at 5:00 p.m. and is located at 55 East 54th Street and Madison Avenue.

Loi offers authentic Greek recipes and offers a pre-fixe Easter menu today, for $75.00 per person. It includes a four-course feast. The menu's main entrée is a spit-roasted whole lamb with lemon potatoes, along with savory salads, appetizers and desserts. Loi is located at 208 West 70th Street and Amsterdam Avenue and will offer its Pasxa dishes between 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. New York's hottest Greek restaurants are sure to deliver, during today's Greek Orthodox Easter celebrations!
