President Anastasiades Addresses Global Cypriot Conference
Τhe Conference of the Central Councils of the World Federation of Overseas Cypriots (POMAK) and the International Coordinating Committee Justice for Cyprus (PSEKA), in addition to the 7th World Congress of Youth POMAK NEPOMAK opens tonight in Nicosia.
The 25th Conference that is being held at the Filoxenia Conference Center, will debut under Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades. Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides will offer an address during the opening ceremony, along with the Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Overseas Cypriots.
The opening ceremony will also include words by the President of PSEKA Philip Christopher, President of POMAK Andreas Papaevripides and President of Young Overseas Cypriots (NEPOMAK) Christos Karaolis.
Greek Deputy Foreign Minister Kyriakos Gerontopoulos, Archbishop of Cyprus Chrysostomos II, House President Yiannakis Omirou, and the Youth Board of Cyprus President Panagiotis Sentona will also offer comments. Other key leaders will participate in the global Conference that includes the Minister of Education and Culture Costas Kadis.
