Goody's Plans Australian Locations
Greece's largest fast food chain Goody's is set to expand to Australia; its first location will be established in Melbourne.
Greek Hospitality Group Vivartia plans to collaborate with Mediterranean Fast Casual Restaurants Ltd., that is directed by Greek-Australian Kostas Tagalakis. Mediterranean Fast Casual Restaurants Ltd. holds exclusive rights for the Australian Goody's franchise.
The agreement calls for at least ten Goody's in major cities across the nation over the next five years. Goody's was created in 1975 and is the leading fast food chain in Greece.
The popular Hellenic eatery is currently a Vivartia S.A. subsidiary. There are 150 Goody's locations in Greece, Cyprus, Belarus, FYROM and Albania, which are operated by Vivartia.
