Cypriot President Anastasiades & Companies Plan Bahrain Trip
Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades is planning to travel to Bahrain from January 27th to 29th.
During his stay, the leader will participate in a business symposium at the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry on January 28th, which will also be attended by about 30 Cypriot companies. The forum has been spearheaded by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency and the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism.
Engaged companies vary from audit agencies, financial institutions, contracting enterprises, industrial corporations, among others. CCCI Secretary General Marios Tsiakkis commented to CNA that 27 businesses from Cyprus wish to take part in the event. Tsiakkis stated to the Cypriot news portal, "During the visit, we will try to attract investment and inform our counterparts on existing projects, privatizations, energy."
