NameExoWorlds vote gives ancient Greek names to three exoplanets

With all 573,000 votes from 182 countries now counted, the global NameExoWorlds public vote has selected ancient Greek names for three, out of a total of 31, exoplanets and 14 stars, which were officially named via avote organised by the International Astronominal Union (IAU).
The three exoplanets are Arion (18 Delphini b), Hypatia (Edasich b or iota Draconis b) and Thestias (Pollux b or beta Geminorum b).
The new names, will be used alongside the scientific names and were selected among a total of 274 put forward by astronomical associations throughout the world.
