Cypriots Attends European Parliament Voting Polls
Cypriot citizens vote today, to elect six delegates of the European Parliament.
Sunday's elections are widely thought to be the most crucial elections ever, as the European Union vies to advance from the economic crisis.
Greek and Cypriot polling booths opened accordingly at 7:00 a.m. and will close at 6:00 p.m., and holds a one-hour break at 12:00 p.m. Cyprus contains 609,916 registered voters, that includes 301 individuals residing in the North.
1,8887 polling locations have been administered on the island and abroad. This marks the third time Cyprus has participated in European elections, since it became a EU full member nation in 2004.
