Cypriot Government Supports Economic Investigation
Cypriot Government Spokesman Nikos Christodoulides has confirmed his administration's dedication to a comprehensive investigation, concerning all instances that may have added to the demise of the island's economy.
The Spokesman commented that President Nicos Anastasiades has stated that the investigation will be completely aided by the government on all aspects.
After his presidential posting, Anastasiades declared: "For this reason the President has convened a meeting at the Presidential Palace to reaffirm both his personal interest and that of the government for a swift and effective conclusion of the investigations...the government will provide the investigating authorities all additional support they may need irrespective of the cost".
The Cypriot President also referenced a Cabinet decision in November 2013, to offer all necessary finances to employ financial experts in the investigation of his nation's economic demise.
