Cyprus Hosts "Reform, One Way Street to Positive Growth"
Tomorrow brings the "Reform, One Way Street to Positive Growth" conference in Cyprus, that is co-organized by the British High Commission and the Presidency of the Republic of Cyprus.
British High Commissioner to Cyprus Matthew Kidd, stated in a press release: "The UK involvement in Cyprus' reform process is a powerful demonstration of a new kind of relationship between the two countries, and of practical support between two collaborators addressing today's challenges domestically and within the EU", as reported by Parikiaki.
It has been reported that UK Civil Service leaders will attend the conference, including Permanent Secretary of HM Treasury Sir Nick Macpherson and UK Prime Minister's Adviser for Europe and Global Issues Tom Scholar.
