Paphos & Larnaka Airports Gear Up for Busy Season
Paphos and Larnaka International Airports are predicted to receive 2,900 flights, holding 470,000 travelers between August 11th to 24th, as reported by Parikiaki.
Communications Director of Hermes Airports Adamos Aspris, confirmed that this timeframe marks Cyprus' busiest air travel activity. Paphos International Airport is scheduled to conduct 670 flights with 130,000 flyers, while Larnaca International Airport will administer 2,230 fights with over 340,000 travelers.
As confirmed in an Aspris study analyzing Hermes Airports, Greece is the most popular travel location for Cypriots. Rhodes, Mykonos, Santorini, Skiathos, Chania, Lefkada, Preveza, and Kavala are the most favored destinations.
