The Athens Prosecutor's Office on Wednesday charged ten people arrested in connection with the 'Simpraxi Ekdikisis' group with six crimes and five misdemeanors.

A woman hosted 16 dogs in her house and took care of another 38 in the adjacent plot, in the area of Letis Thessaloniki.

After complaints about the existence of a large number of companion animals, police officers from the Kordelios-Evosmos and Oriokastro departments, with the assistance of a judicial officer and a representative of the local municipality, visited the house and found the huge number of dogs that the woman was hosting. However, the investigation revealed that the area was not clean and did not ensure the well-being of the four-legged animals, so an administrative fine of 2,000 euros was imposed.

Personnel and means of the Special Warfare Command (DEP) of the Greek Navy as well as the General Staff of the Navy participated, from February 23 to 28, in the small-scale exercise on Special Operations objects within the framework of the "Dynamic Manta 24" allied exercise, in the wider maritime area east of Sicily.

The Anti-Terrorist operation concerns the dismantling of a terrorist organization with the involvement of at least 8 people who were wanted for their involvement in bombings.
