Στην ονομαστική ψηφοφορία πήραν μέρος 224 βουλευτές και υπέρ της άρσης ασυλίας ψήφισαν 223, ενώ υπήρξε και 1 παρών (του Νίκου Νικολόπουλου). Οι φασίστες βουλευτές φάνηκαν αμετανοήτοι, αμετροεπείς και προκλητικοί.
