More quake activity in near eastern Aegean island of Samos

Another moderate quake shook the eastern Aegean Island of Samos on Wednesday, with the latest tremor measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale at 17.02 local time (15.02 GMT).
A light earthquake shook the regional unit of Heraklion, Crete on Sunday afternoon. According to Athens National Observatory’s Geodynamic Institute announced that a 4.3R quake was recorded on Sunday at 16:22 near Arkalohori.
The quake epicentre was located 344 km south, southeast of Athens and 5 km east-northeast of Arkalohori and it focal depth was 19.5 km. The area has been receiving quakes very often in the recent past. These worry residents but seismologists remain calming.
A 4.5 on the Richter scale earthquake was recorded at 17.01 (15.01 GMT) northeast of the Miamous site on the large Aegean island of Crete, or some 40 kilometers south of the port city of Iraklio.
