A brutal crime against a 47-year-old victim was committed on Roumbesi Street in Chalandri by a 28-year-old man. The perpetrator and the victim were not in a romantic relationship, while the perpetrator was cynical, confessing to the police that he killed the victim because she had “defamed him to everyone” and “was going crazy.”
“I couldn’t sleep at night for six months. She had defamed me to everyone I knew, even the priest in the church meal center,” the perpetrator said after his arrest.
