The authorities seem to be very close to identifying the person who placed the incendiary device in Drosia, as after analysis in the forensic laboratories, a fingerprint belonging to a man of Albanian origin who has a criminal past was found.
The improvised incendiary device was spotted by a citizen last Tuesday while walking in an area of Drosia and immediately informed the authorities.
The device consisted of two gas cans, which were placed side by side, while between them there was a bottle of gasoline. A small candle had also been placed on this device.
