Rhodes Property Attracts Investment Interest
A real estate property in Afantou, Rhodes has the interest of four investment groups, as stated by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund yesterday.
Reported by ANA-MPA, Aegean Sun Investments Limited, MA Angeliades Inc., Dimand Real Estate Development and Construction, and Hatzilazarou Enterprises have all presented offers for the area. The Fund's board of directors will analyze the proposals after discussing with its legal and financial advisors, prior to their decisions.
