Barbarousis Faces Courts
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
Mp Costas Barbarousis, along with ten other Golden Dawn members, will face the courts in Mesolonghi on a number of charges.
The defendants are facing charges of usurping authority, damaging property, causing unlawful violence, as well as charges based on law 927/1979 on racism.
Mr. Barbarousis' parliamentary immunity was lifted in a House vote in the fall of 2012, because of damage caused to foreign vendors and their wares at an open air market in 2012, and the torching of Roma houses in January 2013.
