Immunity Lifting for Three Golden Dawn Deputies?
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
The state inquisitor has requested the lifting of parliamentary immunity for three Golden Dawn deputies: Giorgos Germenis, Panayotis Iliopoulos, and Stathis Boukaras.
The request comes after depositions by three protected witnesses. The three deputies are being accused of constituting a criminal organization to a felonious degree.
The demand of the judicial authorities has already been relayed to parliament, which will discuss the issue, on Thursday.
