Thessaloniki metro station presented to public

The first Metro station in the northern port city of Thessaloniki will open its doors to the public today.
The “Panepistimio” station, located at the corner of Egnatia road and 3rd Septembriou street is the first station of the 13-station 9.6 kilometer long line, that will be completed soon.
It is a four-level station with the greatest depth than any other station in the line, reaching 35 meters.
The station will be open to the public today from 5.30 until 8 pm.
