The Ministry of Culture, released, for the first time today, footage from the excavation at Amphipolis. The video, lasting two minutes and 10 seconds, records the revelation of the mosaic, at the funerary monument of Amphipolis.
It is essentially stock footage with natural sounds, from which many hours of intermediate excavation process have been removed . As noted in a statement from the Ministry of Culture, the worksite at the excavation does not allow editing of the material in studio conditions. The footage is presented as recorded by the digital documentation of the excavation.
