Albanian gunman jailed

Thirty one year old Albanian Arber Baku, who at dawn Saturday, with a Kalashnikov, opened fire at a nightclub in Mikrolimano, injuring at least 11 people, was remanded into custody with the consent of the relevant assent investigator and prosecutor.
The 31year old perpetrator of the attack who waived the right to counsel, was prosecuted for attempted intentional serial homicide, and possession and use of firearms.
According to the law the offender has the right to defend himself without the presence of counsel in the presence of a prosecutor and investigator.
