Government plans to soak up local resources?

Τhe government's decision to use the reserves of funds and agencies to meet the major obligations of the country in March has caused a major upheaval among local government agencies.

Site airetos.gr cites top local government executives, who not only do not exclude this possibility, but believe that there are significant possibilities to implement this very specific scenario.

This scenario wants to commit the reserves of about 40 municipalities that have sound finances and surpluses, who will receive in exchange repos or invited these municipalities to use their reserves for their needs and to cut their funding from central government sources.
