Agios Efstratios closes shop

Over the past month the island of Agios Efstratios is isolated, since there is no ferry connection, and the mayor Maria Kakalas decided to send a letter to the Prime Minister, but also to proceed to action.
Indeed the letter states: "The institutions of the island, having no other options, decided next week to close public services as a protest and militiamen of the island we will surrender their weapons."
