Merkel: Where there is a will there is a way

Angela Merkel once again showed positive signs for an agreement, as long as there is the will to find the way.
"Where there's a will there's a way," German Chancellor Mrs. Merkel said again on Friday as Reuters reports, adding that "the will must come from everyone, so it is important to continue to talk."
