Council of State orders backdated revision of real estate tax valuations

The Council of State, Greece's highest administrative court, on Wednesday published a ruling that obliges the government to issue a ministerial decree that revises the tax valuations of real estate throughout Greece - according to which taxes and other fees are calculated - backdated to May 21, 2015.
The ruling was almost unanimous, with only two justices dissenting.
