Preparations ahead of Greece, Cyprus and Israel trilateral meeting

A second trilateral meeting of representatives of Greece, Cyprus and Israel was held in Jerusalem at the foreign ministry secretary generals level, ahead of a summit of the three countries, which is expected to take place on Jan. 28 in Nicosia.
The meeting focused on energy development, illegal migration, counter-terrorism efforts, tourism, environment, water resources management, research and technology.
During the political consultations held "the three sides discussed regional and international issues, in the Middle East and in the eastern Mediterranean."
The first trilateral political consultations took place in Athens on Nov. 12, 2014.
