On Saturday 28 May in Brussels, A Discovering Network (ADN) asbl participates for the fourth consecutive year in La Fête du Pain (the Bread Celebration) at the Schuman roundabout and represents Greece by organizing the Greek stands promoting Greek products and entrepreneurship (10.30 -18.30).
You are invited to discover, taste, buy Greek products and follow the demonstration of traditional bread and olivebread by Giorgios Vamvakas our baker from Kozani, Greece.
Special dish meze in collaboration with Kafenion and wine Xinomavro will be offered while in the afternoon you can dance Syrtaki and Hassapiko together with the Greek dancers of Tradidanse.
Our special guest this year is Crete. Chania and Iraklion will showcase their extraordinary products and if you are lucky you will taste them as a Cretan Chef from Chania will be present preparing traditional finger food.
Ms Ioanna Pantelaki, the famous Cretan will share with us her original creations on 28 May, during the Fête du Pain, from the stands of Greece. She enjoys cooking and has the joyful artistry to create her own recipes, combining the Cretan nutritious treasures to create something original every day.
