Mitsotakis: Government is incapable of guaranteeing law and order
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
New Democracy (ND) leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis criticized the government on Tuesday for its inability to guarantee the safety of Greek citizens, following an attack against the head of Athens’ traffic police on Monday night by unknown assailants.
“It is clear for some time now that the government cannot ensure the safety of its citizens – now not even its police officers,” Mitsotakis said. “The specific incident crossed the line. It shows the government is unable to guarantee law and order.”
