EU: Evaluation of economic figures should be held within the context of the negotiations

European Commission spokesperson Annika Breidthardt defended the data the European Commission uses for the Greek programme against IMF's criticism.
Asked to comment on IMF's Poul Thomsen article she said: "We continue to be certain of the sources of our data and we believe that the essential talks on the analysis on the data and the evaluation of the economic figures are more useful to be held within the context of the in-progress negotiations".
