Greek diaspora celebrates Epirus and Pontus

The Greek expats community’s respect for the Epirus tradition was, among others, a key focal point of the president of the Continental Club of Florida, Eleonora Michopoulou’s remarks during the organization’s annual dance, held at the Holy Trinity Community Hall in Clearwater.
Greek diaspora celebrates Known Greek-American writer and President of Panepirotiki, Nicholas Gage, was honored at the event for his contribution to the country.
The Federation of Greek Pontian Associations in Europe’s 36th Pontian Youth Dance Festival will be held this year on May 27th in the city of Ludwigshafen. This year’s event is dedicated to the memory of Dimitris Emmanouelides, one of the Federation’s great sponsors. During the festival, which will be hosting dancing groups of Greek Pontian clubs from Europe, Paralympic athletes will be honored.
