Kammenos says he will not ratify agreement with FYROM

The issue of the cancellation of the agreement by Greece was left clearly open by Defense minister Panos Kammenos. The defense minister in a televised interview said Zoran Zaev broke the deal.
As Kammenos said, Zaev during the campaign for the referendum in Skopje violated the agreement signed in Prespes. Indeed, the Minister revealed that Alexis Tsipras had telephoned Zoran Zaev and told him that he was violating the deal, while the statements of the President of the Republic were similar.
This agreement has not been applied on the part of Skopje, the defense minister stressed, pointing out that Mr Zaev is talking about Macedonia and not about Northern Macedonia.
Panos Kammenos said he would do everything to prevent this agreement from coming to parliament, saying that if this deal is to come to the House then he and his ministers will resign.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, questioned about the government co-operation with Alexis Tsipras and SYRIZA, defended the co-operation by saying that Alexis Tsipras, along with Ministers coming from the classes of Independent Greeks, overcame the national dangers.
What Panos Kammenis said about New Democracy (ND) can be interpreted as an opening to Kyriakos Mitsotakis. The President of ANEL invited the President of ND to reconcile with ANEL and SYRIZA and to stop the confrontation. Of course, he set terms by asking Mr. Mitsotakis to remove certain persons from ND.
