4.2 R Earthquake rattles Ionian

A 4.2-degree seismic vibration of the Richter scale was recorded by seismographs in the Ionian Sea in the early hours of the morning, as was announced by the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens on behalf of the four entities of the National Seismological Network.
As the Geodynamic Institute says, the earthquake, which occurred at 2:22 am, was centered on the marine area, 56 kilometers west-southwest of Zakynthos and 306 kilometers west of Athens.
