The brutal conflict between former Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias and the former Minister of Defense Panos Kammenos is culminating on Monday. Mr. Kotzias will file a suit against Panos Kammenos.
OPEN TV channel reported that Mr. Kotzias will go to the Athens Prosecution at 12:00 noon today and will file a suit against what Panos Kammenos has publicly reported about the "PRATTO" movement.
As is well known, Kammenos accused the former Foreign Minister of being financed by billionaire businessman George Soros through secret accounts. Nikos Kotzias' lawyers have include in the suit the offenses of slanderous defamation, the spread of false news, and threats to Kotzias' life. Mr Kotzias will then file a lawsuit against Panos Kammenou.
The suit is directed against the president of the Independent Greeks, while its content has not become known. However, the relations between the two men are "in the red" due to the Prespa Agreement, while about a month ago the PRATTO movement had announced its immediate appeal to Justice "as a follow-up to the two appeals already made for illegal and extreme attitudes against him ".
