Traffic light shot to pieces in Crete
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
A traffic light on Crete was fired upon by persons unknown in Crete, and completely destroyed.
The incident, according to cretapost.gr, took place on the Bailey Bridge in the Alikianos area of Chania, where the perpetrator (s) opened fire, literally destroying the traffic light. The point is isolated, which seems to have facilitated the "work" of those who decided to destroy public property. A passerby saw the bullet holes and desttruction of the traffic light and posted it to a group on Facebook.
It should be noted that Crete has had an enduring fascination with firearms and shooting things... all things.
