"We are building and multiplying our alliances and internationalising our positions against the Turkish provocation" said Alternate Foreign Minister Miltiadis Varvitsiotis in an interview with Open TV on Saturday.
In parallel, he said that "we are sending a clear message that any provocative actions that will question our national sovereignty will not be accepted".
Asked on the migrants/refugees closed pre-departure centres, he said that it is the only way to address the problem on the northeastern Aegean islands.
