Hellenic Coast Guard blocks entry of five boats with 450 migrants

A Coast Guard operation has been underway since dawn in the sea area between Chios and Samos, on the eastern sea border of Greece, where five sailing boats that had sailed from the Turkish coast and carrying about 450 people tried to enter Greek territorial waters. .
The Coast Guard boats did not allow the entry of the boats with the immigrants, which had as a destination a Greek island, while the Turkish Coast Guard was notified about the incident.
Two of the five boats returned to Turkish shores, while the other three are waiting for Turkish vessels to accompany them to Turkish shores.
