In this way we strengthen the national industry and create specialized jobs.

The Ministry of Environment and Energy is already implementing eight programs that lead to the country's energy transformation, namely Produce e-Green and Save Autonomous, Move Electric, Green Taxis, Charge Everywhere, Save - Change Appliance, Photovoltaics on the Roof, Recycle - Change Water Heater , as well as those that are part of the "My Home" umbrella program and concern the new generation of our Country. We remain committed to the medium-term goal of 2030 for the reduction of pollutants, the reduction of energy costs, but also the big goal of achieving climate neutrality in 2050."

The General Secretary of Energy and Mineral Raw Materials, Alexandra Sdoukou, stated in this regard:

"The publication of the Produce e-Green action is a milestone for the Ministry of Environment and Energy. Having already supported electrification as well as the energy upgrade of the country's building stock with several programs, today we are announcing another one, which will now support production and industry. We are thus seeking for our country to create conditions for the production of electric cars, electric vehicle chargers, batteries or their recycling, for the production of light personal electric vehicles (two-wheelers, three-wheelers, bicycles), photovoltaic panels, parts of wind turbines, heat pumps, electric water heaters etc. We envision a Greece at the forefront of climate neutrality and green sustainable development, which will make it a pole for research and innovation in the energy sectors."
