- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
The focus is again on the mountainous Mylopotamos area on Crete due to a large police investigation that took place in the area, in search of the men that beat a Greek Canadian stockbroker and sent him to hospital..
Many police officers from other prefectures also participated in today's operation that was set up.
Zoniana was the focus, while searches were carried out in the homes of specific families. The police found two small plantations of 15 cannabis saplings in their enclosures, while they also made arrests.
The same information states that there were some reactions with some again throwing stones at the police forces.
At the same time, searches were also carried out in houses, on the occasion of the case of the attack against the Greek Canadian.
