Hellenic Air Force evacuates 22 Greeks and 38 Cypriots from Lebanon

The C-130 aircraft of the Hellenic Air Force, which was in Lebanon to evacuate Greek and Cypriot nationals, has entered the Nicosia FIR.
Defense Minister Nikos Dendias announced on platform "X" that he was informed in real-time by the Chief of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff (GEETHA) about the successful outcome of the evacuation operation from Beirut, involving 38 citizens of the Republic of Cyprus and 22 citizens of the Hellenic Republic, and the entry of the C-130 aircraft into the Nicosia FIR.
