Prosecution for dangerous bodily harm against the 34-year-old doctoral student who hit the cafeteria manager

The 34-year-old doctoral student who has been identified as the perpetrator of the attack on the cafeteria manager at the Zografou Polytechnic Campus was brought to the Single-Member Criminal Court.
The case against the 34-year-old and his girlfriend was adjourned until 9/5 and will be detained until then. The adjournment was given so that the victim could come to testify in court. The student requested to be examined by a forensic doctor.
He was charged with a misdemeanor for dangerous bodily harm and refusal to undergo fingerprinting.
His girlfriend was charged with harboring a criminal, making a false report to the authorities and possessing narcotics.
