Police operation in Attica against the Turkish mafia

A coordinated operation has been underway in Western Attica in recent hours in the context of identifying Turkish citizens involved in organized crime.
The operation of the Hellenic Police, which has been undertaken by the Directorate for Combating Organized Crime, is part of the intensive efforts being made recently to identify Turks who have entered our country in recent years and are developing activities related to the Turkish mafia.
According to initial information, raids have been carried out on houses and the first arrests have been made. Investigations are continuing and official announcements will follow.
