Palestinian immigrant attacked a woman with scissors in the center of Athens - Resisted police officers, bit one of them

A bloody incident occurred at the intersection of Socrates and Chalkokondyli streets, with a 24-year-old Palestinian man as the protagonist, who was arrested.
Five knives and a pair of scissors were found in a backpack he was carrying. According to the information, the 24-year-old from Palestine, having in his possession another pair of scissors than the one later found in his bag, attacked a passing foreign woman, with the intention of injuring her.
However, police officers were passing by the scene, whom he resisted and even bit one of them on the right lower limb and hit another one on the helmet and in the face.
The Palestinian had hit a foreigner with a glass bottle and snatched 600 euros from him
As it was found out himself a short time ago, on Marnis Street, he had immobilized and hit a foreign man on the head with a glass bottle, from whom he had grabbed his purse with 600 euros and personal documents.
The police officer who was bitten went to Andreas Syggros Hospital in the service car and from there to the 401.
A case was filed against the arrested person by the security police officers who took over the case for attempted murder, robbery, serious bodily harm, dangerous bodily harm, violence against employees, violation of the weapons law.
