Ronan Anthony Vilenci is the fruit of Kimberly's son with her ex-husband, businessman Eric Vilenci. He was born on October 4, 2006, while his parents divorced when he was just 3 years old.

Kimberly and Vilenci were married in May 2006 at a resort in Barbados, a few months before Ronan was born. They were married for less than three years before divorcing in 2009.

Following her split from Vilenci, Guilfoyle became engaged to U.S. President Donald Trump's son Don Jr. in 2020, but the two divorced in 2024.

Prior to Vilenci, Guilfoyle was married to current California Governor Gavin Newsom from December 2001 to February 2006.

Guilfoyle has shared several times on social media how close she is to her only son. In April 2024, she wrote a tribute to him, and shared a series of photos from the graduation prom, as he would go from student to student.

Since the weekend, Ronan has been living with his mother in Athens, building his new life in the Greek capital.

Ronan has appeared alongside the Trump family at numerous events over the years.

He was seen with his mother and Trump Jr. at the 2024 Republican National Convention at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, and more recently at her hearing before the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
