Pink Panthers Gang Members Arrested, Athens
Three alleged "Pink Panthers" gang members were seized today in Athens, and are responsible for grand larceny thefts.
Three Serbians and another individual who remains at large, organized more than thirty break-ins at jewelry stores and in automobile thefts. The crimes occurred in the greater Athens area.
The "Pink Panthers" criminals drove into a storefront with a stolen vehicle and snatched displayed jewelry. The thugs then attempted to escape with hijacked motorcycles and cars. Greek law enforcers are expected to make official announcements, regarding the illegal activities today.
