Fessas Deemed New SEV Leader

The Federation of Greek Enterprises has a new president as of today. Theodoros Fessas, the Chairman and Managing Director of Info-Quest and Director of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises since 2000, will become the “new face” of the Federation.

An end of an era for Demetris Daskalopoulos ends today. Daskalopoulos, who has been the longest lasting president of the Federation, serving as its president for 4 terms in a row, will be awarded the title of the Honorary president of the Federation.

The announcements will be made today, at the General Assembly of the Federation, where both the Prime Minister and the president of SYRIZA, Alexis Tsipras are also expected to be present.

Who is Theodoros Fessas?

Theodoros Fessas attended the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Thermodynamics from Birmingham University.

He serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Info-Quest. Mr. Fessas worked as a freelance professional and Scientific Associate of NTUA. In 1981, he founded INFO-QUEST. He served as Chairman of the Federation of Hellenic IT Enterprises (SEPE) from its establishment until 1999, when he served as an Honorary Chairman. Fessas serves as President of The Board and Director of Uni Systems SA. Since 2000, he served as a Director of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV).
