Golden Dawn's Eleni Zaroulia Placed Under House Arrest
Golden Dawn MP Eleni Zaroulia has been put under house arrest today, until a final decision is made by the Judicial Council regarding her charges.
It remains to be decided if Zaroulia will remain under house arrest or imprisoned. The GD participant is currently be tried, due to her alliance with a criminally run political organization. She testified via a memo today and denied all charges against her.
The GD MP has denounced any participation in the political body and highlighted that her name is not referenced anywhere in the case. After posting 20,000 euros in bail, Golden Dawn MP Constantinos Barbaroussis was released in the same case.
